Returns & Exchanges

At Philippa Roberts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original jewelry box and include a copy of your receipt or the RA confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Oakland studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
