How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your item is shipped via your selected carrier.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
Do you offer repairs on your jewelry?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase. For accidental damage or older pieces, a small repair fee may apply.
Can I request a custom length for a necklace or bracelet?
Absolutely. Since we handcraft our pieces in our California studio, we can often accommodate custom length requests. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss specific requirements and potential pricing adjustments.
What materials do you use in your designs?
Philippa Roberts jewelry is primarily crafted using sterling silver, 14k gold vermeil, and high-quality semi-precious gemstones. All materials are ethically sourced and nickel-free.
